WEEKLY AND MONTHLY RENT MUST BE PAID BY DUE DATE,

OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE DAILY RATE.

CHECK IN IS AT 1:00 P.M., CHECK OUT IS AT 11:00 A.M.

CHILDREN 15 AND YOUNGER MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES AND PLACES IN THE PARK.

1) If you wish to stay another day please notify the office by 10:00 A.M. If you are not checked out by 11:00 A.M. You will be charged 1/2 of the daily rate. You MUST display your car pass at all times.

2) PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE WHEREABOUTS, SAFETY AND CONDUCT OF THEIR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. (NO UNATTENDED CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15 IN THE GAMEROOM OR AT THE PLAYGROUND) (NO UNATTENDED CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15 ALLOWED IN THE SWIMMING POOL AREAS)

3) Anyone damaging or destroying property WILL be expected to make full restitution.

4) Pets are allowed in the campground provided they are not left unattended outside, kept quiet, and do not dig holes. Pets are NOT allowed in the office, bathhouses, laundry room, playground, or swimming pools. The DOG WALK is located in the back of the park. Pet owners MUST CLEAN UP ANY MESS THEIR ANIMAL MAKES. It is hazardous to other animals and transmits disease to human beings. Pet owners are FULLY responsible for any damage or bodily harm resulting from their pet. Pets are required to have current documentation on all vaccines.

5) Pets are absolutely PROHIBITED in the tent primitive, tent electric or pop-ups.

6) PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES AND PLACED INSIDE YOUR TRAILER WHEN YOU ARE NOT AT THE TRAILER.

7) NO FIREARMS, BB GUNS, PELLET GUNS, SLING SHOTS, DART GUNS, BOW&ARROWS, SPEAR GUNS OR HUNTING ALLOWED IN THE PARK. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED IN THE PARK.

8) Please do not chase or harass any of the wildlife. Fish cleaning is strictly prohibited in the park.

9) Do not move picnic tables or benches without authorization from the office.

10) SWIMMING POOL RULES ARE POSTED AT THE SWIMMING POOLS. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. CHILDREN MUST HAVE PARENTA SUPERVISION IF THEY ARE 15 AND YOUNGER. NO BABY DIAPERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE POOLS. LITTLE SWIMMERS OR OTHER APPROPROATED SWIM WEAR MUST BE WORN. NO PANTS, SHORTS, CUT OFFS ONLY PROPER SWIMMING ATTIRE IS PERMITTED.

11) Only 2 automobiles per site. Please do not park on empty sites. We need to use them. We reserve the right to tow a vehicle at the owners' expense. No parking in the street they must remain open for RV and vehicle traffic. there is additional parking available behind the office

12) All the vehicles in the park must be in working order-engine operable, no flat tires, no cars on blocks. NO MAJOR MECHANICAL WORK IS TO BE PERFORMED IN THE PARK.

13) NO UNLICENSED DRIVERS of any vehicles- electric or gas golf carts, cars, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, mini bikes, dirt bikes, go carts, golf carts, etc. ALL TERRAIN (ATV) VEHICLES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

14) NO CLOTHES LINES allowed at any time in the park. STATE LAW OF FLORIDA

15) NO furniture, appliances, LP gas tanks etc. will be picked up. DO NOT PLACE THESE ITEMS IN THE DUMPSTER LOCATIONS. Sewer hoses must be bagged properly before placing in the dumpster.

16) QUIET HOURS ARE 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. Please observe these hours. We reserve the right to evict anyone that does not comply with this rule.

17) Messages will be posted in the office. In the event of an emergency they will be delivered.

18) NO PERMENANT STRUCTURES OF ANY TYPE ARE PERMITTED.

19) YOUR LOT MUST BE KEPT CLEAN AND ORDERLY AT ALL TIMES. Please do not leave personal property, ice chests, tools, etc. lying about. We will not be responsible for your personal property.

20) Please try to put lawn chairs, etc. up when our maintenance personnel is mowing the grass.

21) NO GARBAGE ON THE GROUND AT ANYTIME. (IT IS A STATE OF FLORIDA LAW) GARBAGE MUST BE TAKEN TO THE DUMPSTER LOCATIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS

22) AT ALL TIMES YOUR TRAILER MUST BE ROAD READY. Tires must be kept up. If there is an emergency situation, or any situation deemed necessary by management you must be able to move your trailer in an hours time. All personal property must be able to be removed also.

TROPICAL STORMS AND HURRICANES**YOU WILL VACATE THE PARK IF THERE IS A MANDATORY EVACUATION OR IF MANAGEMENT DEEMS IT UNSAFE FOR YOU TO STAY**

RULE COMPLIANCE: This is an RV Park. In registering a camper agrees to read and comply with these rules and regulations. Should violations occur management reserves the right to evict without notice.
